Virtual Reality for Training, Trade Shows and Sales
Your employees practice what is too dangerous to practice for real. Your customers experience what does not fit into the exhibition hall. We develop the VR applications and 360° videos that make it happen.

Build once, use many times
One application for trade shows, sales and training
The X-ray inspection systems made by Waygate Technologies are the size of a minivan and weigh ten metric tons. At trade shows, they often cannot even be switched on because of the radiation.
In the VR application, visitors operate the systems anyway. Waygate uses the same application in sales meetings and in training, worldwide.
- Trade show: Visitors position samples and run through the operating process
- Sales: Consultant and customer stand at the system together as avatars
- Training: Ship headsets instead of flying in participants

What clients say
The project exceeded all expectations. It helped us make a great many contacts. It was definitely worth it, and VRtual X supported us very professionally.

Site Manager, ISOTEC Itzehoe GmbHIn a short time, prospects engage very intensively with our company, which lets us have much more specific conversations.

Managing Director, SemiQuarz GmbHWhat I really like is that VRtual X does not try to sell the biggest package. They advise you individually, and together you find what works best.

Frequently asked questions
Short answers. You will find the details in our knowledge hub.
How much does a VR project cost?
That depends on what the application needs to do. We publish prices for offers with a fixed scope: 360° video, 360° tours, 3D exhibits, showrooms and recruiting packages are listed under Packages and pricing. Custom applications such as VR training and simulations almost always start with a prototype and then grow in stages, over months or years. We quote a price as soon as we know your plans. So far we have stayed within the quoted budget on every project.

How long does development take?
A 360° video takes 2 to 6 weeks, a simple VR application 6 to 12 weeks, an interactive simulation 2 to 4 months. Complex simulations take at least 3 months.
Which hardware do you develop for?
We develop independently of hardware and support all common VR and MR headsets. Most projects run on the Meta Quest 3. We also develop for Apple Vision Pro, Samsung Galaxy XR and other devices built on the Android XR standard, Pico 4 Ultra Enterprise, HTC Vive Focus Vision, Varjo XR-4 and AR glasses such as the XREAL One.
Do I have to buy the headsets?
No. For applications we have developed, we lend out devices such as the Meta Quest 3 or the Pico 4 Enterprise. For larger quantities, for example at an event, we bring in partners. We still recommend owning one or two devices.
Do you work with companies outside Germany?
Yes. We work in German and English, and several of our applications are in use worldwide. Meetings take place by video call or on site.
