VR Headset Rental for Trade Shows and Events, Set Up and Supported
For applications we have developed, we provide the headsets, set them up and, if you wish, support them at your booth. We do not rent out devices for third-party applications.

Your booth staff learns how to operate and clean the headsets and how to guide visitors.

Why only our own projects
We rent out what we know
Lending a headset is easy. Whether the application on it still runs on day three of the show depends on the software. For our own applications, we stand behind that.
If you only need devices, an event equipment rental company is the better choice. If you need an application that works at your trade show, talk to us.

At trade shows, one to five headsets are usually in use. For sales after the show, one or two devices of your own are worth it.

Questions about rental
Can I rent headsets without a project with you?
No. We lend out devices only for applications we have developed.
What does rental cost?
That depends on quantity, duration and support. We quote the price together with the proposal for your project.
How many headsets do I need?
If one person looks after both visitors and headsets, we recommend no more than two devices. With one person dedicated to the headsets, up to five are possible.
When is your next trade show?
Tell us the date, the product and the number of visitors. We will tell you how many headsets make sense.
