The avatar is part of your project for VR headsets or augmented reality. We state the effort in our proposal. It depends mainly on how much knowledge the avatar needs and which languages it speaks.

What your experts know is available to everyone, even when they cannot be reached. And anyone who gets stuck in training asks the avatar instead of waiting for the trainer.

At trade shows and events, it welcomes visitors, explains the product and answers in their language, while your team handles the conversations that matter. In sales, it stands next to the machine in the virtual showroom in the VR headset and explains it. In training, it leads through the procedure and helps when someone is stuck. How does the avatar know what to say?
From the documents you give it, such as product information, instructions and answers to frequent questions. We prepare them with you and define what the avatar talks about and what it does not.
Can the avatar say something wrong?
It answers from the knowledge provided. If it does not know the answer, it says so and refers to your team. Before it goes into use, we test it with the questions your visitors ask.
Which languages does the avatar speak?
Many. It recognizes the language of the person in front of it and answers in that language. We check in advance which languages matter for your project.
Does the avatar need an internet connection?
Yes. The language model does not run on the headset but is accessed over the internet. For trade shows, we recommend your own mobile hotspot.

What happens to what users say?
Which data goes where and what is stored is something we define in the project together with you and your data protection officer. We set up the avatar so that conversations are not stored longer than necessary.
