What determines the price of a custom project
Watching or acting
In a 360° video, the user looks around. In a simulation, the user acts. Every action that should be possible has to be developed and tested.
Scope
One machine with one procedure costs less than an entire portfolio with variants and error cases.
Level of detail
The more closely surfaces, movements and processes have to match the original, the greater the effort.
Existing material
CAD data, photos and documented procedures save work. What we need from you.
Questions about pricing
How much does a 360° video cost?
Our productions for companies cost €6,000 to €15,000. That covers everything from concept to installation on the VR headset, plus our 360° player.

Why are there no prices for VR training and simulations here?
Because each of these projects is built for your processes and almost always starts with a prototype. A range from here to there does little for your planning. We quote a price as soon as we know your plans, and every stage of expansion gets its own quote.

Are the VR headsets extra?
Yes, the devices are not included in the project price. You can buy them or, for applications we have developed, borrow them from us.

How binding is your quote?
We plan honestly and realistically. So far we have stayed within the budget in our quote on every project.
How long does it take until the project is finished?
A 360° video takes 2 to 6 weeks, a 3D exhibit 2 to 4 weeks, a showroom with Link & Show 6 to 12 weeks. Custom projects take anywhere from a few weeks to several months, depending on scope.
